Weather System

[Koujetsu Hanagayu]

The trial weather system is up. This is just a test, and until we are sure it will actually work, is not a permanent asset to the site.

The way the weather system will work is as follows:

Whatever the weather is for the day, that will be the weather in any post, on/off-rpg that is made.

If the post continues out over multiple days, but remains the same day in the post, the weath IC will remain the same.

If the posters have a second day for their topic, whatever the weather is at the beginning of the second day, will be that weather. (For example. Day 1 IC takes 4 days IRL. Day 2 begins on the 5th IRL day. Whatever the weather is on the 5th day is the Day 2 weather.)

The weather will also effect certain jutsu:

A windy day will increase the ease wind jutsu are used, a rainy day will increase the ease of using water jutsu, and increase the effectiveness of lightning jutsu, etc etc etc.
