Ryuusei has a black skin tone. He rarely wears a shirt as he is exremely proud of his physical fitness and his physique, he has a ten pack. His arms are 5 inches in width and when he tenses them they grow a further 2 inches. His legs are the same however they are 4 inches and grow one inch when he tenses them. Due to his giant structure one would think he is slow however his insane strength allows him to be fast as when he pushes his legs along the floor he does it with such force that the floor it breaks up and causes cracks, this also makes people think he flys as he moves his legs very fast and it looks like he hovers.
Ryuusei has bleach white hair which has been styled into dreadlocks. He has the same tattoo on both his shoulders which is a black shuriken shape. He wears a belt which has a liger on it, it holds up his baggy blue three-quarter lengths which have the symbol of the Jashin on it. He wears a chain with the symbol of the Jashin on it also. He wears golden arm weights, they are gold, which do hinder his speed and he only takes them off when need be and his hands are lightning quick.

- Ryuusei is a schizophrenic, he has a dark side and a good side and due to his nara bloodline a thirdside known as the strategist. He has a very high IQ of over 250. His dark side is reckless and corrupt. and his good side is kind and loving.
The first side to Ryuusei is the Dark and corruption in his life. In this state of mind he is pure evil, he is a reckless being and metaphorically has no soul, and has often been referred to as a cold-hearted blood lusting killer. He doesn't care who he hurt at all or if he kills mist village citizens. He is a warmonger.
The second state of mind is his kind-hearted side. He is loving, caring and will do anything to protect his village people. He will always put others first and would often take the low for someone who would get hurt, although he is less caring if blow is sent at the mizukage as the mizukage is stronger and faster than he is and will most likely dodge, however he would hapily give his life for the mizukage.
The third and final side to Ryuusei is the stratedist. Always in deep thought and analyzing everything. He is a very quick thinker and doesn't rush in recklessly, however he is still the relentless being he will always be. In this 'state' he will always be thinking of his village first and try to keep them from harm. If he has to put them in danger he will, but at his deepest regret and he only ever does this as a last resort.

History:

Birth Arc/Early years
Ryuusei was born on what his family called a cursed day. This day was a day of much misfourtune. Their family had suffered personally on this day with family deaths, fights of great magnitude, financial suffering as well as personal losses for each member. To add insult to injury their village Konohagakure would have several problems of their own occure. Such as assasinations, mission falure, poor economic conditions, war, good shinobi fallen in battle, among other things. As result his family saw it fit to nickname him Bachiatari meaning "Cursed." His 'birthday' was to be the worst day of the year. This didnt really affect his personality as he developed. However his own family and various village members wouldnt celibrate his birth nor really acknowledge his existance just for this day. Now most would take this and feel put off by it or feel put down, but it didnt really seem to affect Ryuusei really on the out side. On the inside he held contemptment against his family for allowing him to be born on the day he did as well as his friends for acting in the manner they would.
Now Ryuusei was born into the Nara clan, and seemed a promising shinobi, even if he was born on a cursed day. Ryuusei's parents still loved him greatly as any loving parents would, however they were discusted that they were not allowed to celebrate their sons birth. Ryuuseis father, Rave Nara, cared for him and vowed that he would bring him into the shinobi world a strong shinobi. Ryuusei at the age of 5 years old already had an IQ of 110. He also had already been taught the shadow imitation jutsu by his father, Rave. By 6 his IQ had risen to 130, and he had been taught the shadow neck bind technique.
Cursed Arc
By the age of 7 Ryuusei had an IQ of 150, And had learned yet another of the nara clan techniques, this time it was the powerful technique called shadow sewing. One day while Ryuusei was trying to get better at the three jutsu he had learned he saw a very brightly coloured snake which he knew should be more of a dark colour then a bright green colour so he wandered over to it and began to touch it to see if something would happen, sadly Ryuusei it didn't. Ryuusei stopped touching the snake and stared at it for a while, nothing happend it didn't even move. At this point as a young 7 year old Ryuusei grew impatient and thought it was dead and walked away.
Ryuuesei was now training again, he was still looking at the snake though. After a few minutes he saw it moved and to his disaray it was getting closer and closer. Ryuusei knelt down next to the snake and held his arm out for it to slither up, which it did. It crawed up Ryuuseis sleeve and into the torso part of the shirt, suddenly Ryuusei felt a very sharp and aching pain his the centre of his chest and when he looked he saw the snake had bitten him, a few minutes later he was out cold. 3 hours later Ryuusei woke up in his bed surrounded by family members who were crying, he guessed they thought he was dead. When Ryuusei looked back at his chest to see the wound he noticed their was none, just a mark of the three tomoe sharingan.
Academy Arc
When Ryuusei was 9 he got entered into the academy, although a year younger than everyone he was easily the smartest with and IQ of 200. He had learnt some new techniques, all the academy techniques needed to pass and another nara one called shadow endgame technique. Ryuusei was flying ahead of everyone in his class as he was so smart, also in jutsu because his nara ones were easily the strongest at the time as no one else had any others except the academy jutsu. When Ryuusei was 10 , when he was supposed to be in the academy but he got entered earlier, he had a team.
Ryuuseis team was composed by him, the smart and strategic one, his friend Bovice, the power hungry one, and Hitomi, the medic. These three were put into teams early as they were a sure fit to pass through the academy that year. Ryuusei refused to train with them as they were not on his level and he needed to train some more of his nara techniques which he wanted to learn. However, after about an hour of his father talking to him he decided that he would train with them. Ryuusei quickly made friends with them, and they worked well together. Ryuusei discovered that Bovice was an akimichi, and was actually very happy because they could do really well together in some combo jutsu.
Genin Arc
When all of the Ryuuseis team was 12, except from him he had to be 11, they got promoted to be genin. Once genins they got given tons of cat retreival missions as young Ryuuseis shadow imitation jutsu would capture the cats easily, especially the ones in a tree as all they had to do for that was make it jump off into Bovices arms or if he failed to catch it Hitomi would heal it. The 3 genins had easily complete a hundred of these missions but were getting bored and wanted their sensei to train them things, due to this they refused missions until their sensei trained them a thing or two. They nagged and nagged until he did, eventually it worked.
Their sensei, Kaede Uchiha, gave each of them a peice if small square paper roughly a quarter of A4 and told them to focus their chakra into it and depending what happened that would be their element. Bovice was first, he had the peice of paper for a minute before it caught fire, he realised he had fire natured chakra. Hitomi was next, she took only a second before her paper became soaking wet, again an easy guess she was water. Ryuusei came and almost immediatly it creased up, he knew what it was yet his team mates didn't, he then told them it was lightning. As the sensei was lucky enough to have three elements, which were lightning and fire and water. He decided he would teach them all something but Ryuusei said he didn't need to learn anything at the moment so he continued his nara training, he quickly learnt the jutsu called shadow neck bind, shadow imitation shuriken technique and Shadow demon stripe technique.
Chuunin Arc
After only a year of being a genin Ryuusei had been promoted to a Chuunin after destroying everyone at the chuunin exams with ease. All or Ryuuseis team had been promoted to chuunin, however no one else had been promoted. Fortunatly for them they were allowed to stay together, sadly enough they didn't have their sensei but they did have the special earrings he bought them, Ryuusei always wears them. Their first mission was as a four man cell, with their genin sensei, which was to spy to find out the akatsukis hideout, to no avail. Upon their return they each had to fill out a statement form on how the mission went and whether or not it was a sucees.
Ryuusei was now 13 and had an IQ of 250. He knew all the nara techniques he could want to learn and decided it was time to buckle down and start training his elemental techniques as he knew at the level he was on he would never defeat anybody with just his simple yet poewrful nara techniques. So he decided that for the next week he would learn some new techniques. After weeks upon weeks of training Ryuusei finally learnt chidori, a powerful yet dangerous lightning technique. Ryuusei found that he could use this three times before hurting himself seriously and running out of chakra.
Jounin Arc
After a bout 3 years as a chuunin Ryuusei was promoted to Jounin, for unknown reasons, which Ryuusei didn't mind. He did however question why he was made a jounin when neither of his teammates were when they did exactly the same thing. Ryuusei didn't know how he became a jounin but he certainly wasn't going to ask them why he was made one as they might re-think his rank and decrease it back to chuunin or possibly special jounin, which was still lower. Ryuusei knew that at his level elemental techniques were the only way to improve and since he hadn't learnt any from his first element he wasn't bovered to get his second. After a few weeks of training Ryuusei finally managed to learn 4 new techniques which were: chidori, chidori current, chidori sharp spear and chidori senbon.
A year after becoming Jounin he was sent on his first S-rank mission which 4 other jounin, the mission was to take out the akatsuki team settling on the riverbank 3 miles south west of kirigakure. The team did this successfully and told the mizukage, they didn't need to fill out a form due to the fact that they told the mizukage directly. This mission made Ryuusei realise that his second element would be very much needed, so he set out to get his second element weeks later he came back with his wind element and 2 more lightning techniques which were, chidori thunder and chidori sword.
Anbu Arc
Ryuusei believed he was ready to become a very powerful shinobi and as such he wanted to protect the hokage from harm so he joined the leaf villages anbu at the age of 18. He was quickly made Anbu captain still at the age of 18 and was given the job to protect the hokage from all danger he did this hapily as this was the reason he join anbu. He had to only make 3 kills as no one ever wished to attack the hokage as they feared ryuuseis power. Ryuusei was pleased he was feared because he was strong, he had acheived his first life goal.
In his time in the leaf villages anbu he had made 3 kills and 17 arrests. He had successfully got to the bottom of 9 crimes and a statue was made for him to honor his glorious time in anbu, he was also made a figure that all anbu should look to be like and shud always trust. he was made co-hokage meaning that should the hokage ever leave their village then he would run the village, he found that the best thing of all that he was trusted enough to be allowed to run the village. Ryuusei was greatly pleased with his acheivements and had met his second life goal.
Cursed training
At the age of 18 still Ryuusei realised what the mark of his chest was, it was a curse mark and it would grant him great power if he should ever need it. Ryuusei began to train his curse mark so he could control it and that if he should ever need it then he can use it to its fullest abilities. Ryuusei knew that this would grant him great power and chakra, he also knew it would improve his physical capabilities to the max again he enjoyed this. Ryuusei was becoming rather sadistic and evil at the thought of all this power, this was one of Ryuuseis turning points, also the reason why he became a schizophrenic.
Ryuusei was now coming up to his birthday and he had fully mastered his curse mark, he had an evil plan also which was that he would kill the first person to make fun of his birthday being on the 'cursed day' or called him Bachiatari. Ryuusei guessed that no one would know and that he wouldn't get into much trouble as he would make the body vanish from existance using his anbu skills. Ryuuseis plan was full proof, he knew it was because of his brain was so big that he would never find himself and that he would tamper with the evidence so he wouldn't get caught.
Sharingan Arc
It was Ryuuseis birthday, the 10th October. As Ryuusei was walking down the street no on mocked him, no one even looked at him. The only attention he got was from his parents saying happy birthday. Ryuusei knew that this wasn't very good and he beegan to become depressed as he thought that he wouldn't get to use this 'new found power' he had only recently attained. He was also preparing to use the new techniques he had learned which were : Lightning blade and Kirin, these were most likely the strongest of all lightning techniques, possibly of all techniques. Suddenly while Ryuuseis head was down and he was sulk one silly uchiha called him and yelled Bachiatari so Ryuusei went into his curse mark level two and rushed at the man.
Ryuusei picked the man up and dropped him into a forest which he wouldn't escape as he had broken legs from the impact of him falling to the ground. Ryuusei started taunting the man by saying " what should i do, what should i do??" he would then say "I GOT IT!" and come up with a sad idea until finaly he gorged out the uchihas eye leaving him with one and took it. Ryuusei then brought it to a hospital for them to transplant it into his eye. Ryuusei now had a tomoe 3 level sharingan. Ryuusei was rather pleased with his power and decided to go home and rest, which he did.
Nara Clan Exile Arc
The next day the poor uchiha came running to the hokage while Ryuusei was their and told the hokage that ryuusei had the eye, ryuusei denied it and deactivated it but the man showed the hokage the scar and the hospital told the hokage they did the transplant, Ryuusei then got into lots of trouble for stealing the eye, the naras hated this and thought he was impure and should be killed, its just none had the power except his father, but he didn't care he was pleased ryuusei was stronger. Ryuusei also got into trouble for using the curse seal and was forbidden on using it any more.
Few days later Ryuusei was caught using the curse seal again and he was exiled from the nara family, this enraged Ryuusei greatly and he barged into the hokages office and swore that he would get his revenge on konoha and the nara clan. The nara clan hated his guts for saying that and threatening the hokage, even his parents so they threw him out because he was old enough to fend for himself at the age of 19. Ryuusei then barged back into the hokages office and killed him along with the guards. He had also already killed the nara elders and the nara clan leader and stole all of the nara scrolls.
Move To Mist Arc
Ryuusei decided to move to the country he thought was the strongest nation of all, Kirigakure. Ryuusei Became a missing-nin and threw away his headband to show he did not affilliate with them any more, he wasn't even loyal to them anymore as he would lie cheat and steal from them if he wished, also he wanted to go to kirigakure as their mizukage is a powerful lightning user and he thinks if he shows great strength perhaps the mizukage might train him some new and unique lightning techniques. Ryuuseis hope began to grow and grow, soon he was very happy.
Ryuusei knew that ahead of him was a very periless journey, one that he had to overcome. Ryuuseis journey was very troubled and problematic as people kept anoying him and asking for things which Ryuusei could not give away, such as money food and clothes. Ryuusei felt very sorry for them however and wanted to help, sadly he couldn't. Ryuusei was very depressed again and it seemed like he wasn't going to end this endless loop called deppression, hate and anger. Ryuusei didn't want to hate a it only lead to more hate, then wars and death then depression, then the cycle repeats until everyones dead, something ryuusei wanted to avoid at all costs.
Ryuusei eventually came to the mist and joined their country. He was seen as a citizen not to be messed with, one with very high killing potential, eventually the Mizukage asked Ryuusei to be a member of the elite anbu and hunter nin, Ryuusei had to think this was an offer he couldn't refuse but it was so difficult as he was a member of the leafs anbu and look how life turned out, he didn't want history to repeat itself. Despite all of that he decided to say yes against his better judgement. Ryuusei was pleased with himself especially since he had got into two countries anbus.
Mist Anbu Arc
As he was new to the mist Ryuusei believed he would be the perfect anbu as he would not be bias for anyone as he didn't know anyone. Also he would kill without hesitation of knowing their family. Ryuusei would have no regrets about anything in this village. He did feel awkward that people might wander what/how he got his eye, somthing the mizukage wanted to know straight away which ryuusei was truthful about completely. Ryuusei mad 7 kills in his first month and 20 arrests, more than his year in the leaf villages anbu. Ryuusei was pleased.
Ryuusei was honor just like in the leaf village, a town he hated despised an
wished to destroy, something which was his future goal. Ryuusei quickly gained the nickname vice because whenever he got into a fight he would not leave the fight until you were dead or had admitted your crime and was ready to go to jail. Vice was one of the most successful ANbu members ever for the mist as every case he was on came to an end with the criminal either dead or in jail, so the crime got its justice which needed to be given, something new Vice liked.
Top Anbu Guard Arc
Vice Had been promoted to Top anbu guard for the mizukage as he was strongest in the village other than the mizukage, ofcourse. Vice was pleased by this and was again made co-kage in another village which was the best thing ever for Vice and something that meant alot to him and his kind natured self. Vice loved this new village and everyone loved him even the families hes killed people from loved him as he made the mist a crime free place. Vice was pleased but wasn't ready to get attached to anybody incase he caused much sorrow.
Vice was beginning to gain his lust for blood back, something the mizukage tried to stop at all costs. Vice's lust for blood, sadistic nature and hatred for one and all was back and was ready to stay, Vice knew that he would have to constantly fight against if he was going to help run the country sufficiently. Vice was so far doing well untill he started hearing voices in his head to kill and do back things. Vice felt the need to start using his 'cursed power ' and more and more felt the need to.

Only one sharingan eye. 2 would give you a total of two completely different Bloodlines.

The Sharingan and exile arc seem a bit rushed, but all in all, everything looked fine.
